A service has a Path too: Planned, Asked, Filled, Reminded, Written up. The office and each area’s director see the one step that’s owed, and Home counts the seats still open under Waiting on the office.
Open the board, tap an empty seat, pick a name from the area’s roster. They get one email: “Can you serve?”, with a yes and a no, and the same question waits on Today if they open Trellis.
Reminders go out in the morning, a set number of days before, from the church’s voice or the team’s own address. Anyone who hasn’t answered gets the question again instead.
After the service, the director writes how it went. Silas reads it into who showed, who covered, and anything to fix before next week.
