Email reach
Communications covers 1,000 people and 6,000 emails a month. Bigger churches pay a little more, by how many people they can email. We size it for you automatically.

Go over your emails for the month and it’s $2.50 per 1,000 extra on your next bill. We warn you before that happens. Invitations, reminders and receipts are always free.
One email domain is included, with as many senders on it as you like: the office, the kids team, each pastor by name. Extra domains are $5 a month each.
Giving
Online gifts carry a small fee, shown under Giving settings, taken out before the gift reaches the church. Stripe’s card fees are separate. Everything else in Giving is free.
The small print
Prices are before sales tax; where your state or country taxes software, it’s added at checkout from the church’s billing address, and a tax-exempt church can send us its certificate. Turn a module off and its data stays; turn it back on and it’s all still there. Change mid-month and you only pay for the days you used. Partner churches pay nothing. If prices change, you get thirty days’ notice first; the terms say how.
